Clear aligners at Clearly Orthodontics
Every now and then a piece of technology is created and it leaves you thinking, wow – how did we ever live without it? That’s exactly how our team feels about the clear aligners that have revolutionised the orthodontic industry. At Clear Smiles Orthodontics, we use both Invisalign and Spark clear aligners which have transformed the treatment and results we can achieve for our patients.
WHY WE LOVE INVISALIGN
When Invisalign aligners first came to be, we were excited to see just how effective they were in straightening our patients' teeth. So we’ve adopted Invisalign and today these aligners are our preferred method of treatment for patients.
Here are some of the many things we love about Invisalign:
- we love the customisation of the aligners
- we love how discreet the aligners are
- we love that the aligners are removable so our patients can keep up their oral hygiene
- we love how flexible the treatment method is, allowing it to fit in with our patients' lifestyles
- and, most of all, we love the beautiful smiles that can be achieved using Invisalign.
TOP IN THE WORLD
Our commitment to this exciting orthodontic appliance has seen us achieve Blue Diamond Invisalign provider status. This means our specialist orthodontist, Dr Steven Semaan, is recognised by the manufacturers of Invisalign as being among the world’s best orthodontists when it comes to his knowledge and skill using these aligners.
Dr Semaan has travelled around the world to continue to master the Invisalign technique and has become a mentor to several dentists who are using the technology.
TALK TO US ABOUT INVISALIGN
Invisalign has aligners that are suitable for children, teens and adults and we love showing our patients how these aligners can transform their smiles. If you'd like to find out more about how Invisalign works, take a read through the Invisalign pages on our website or give us a call. We’re always happy to talk about Invisalign.
Just a side note – while we treat many of our patients with Invisalign, some patients still prefer to be treated with traditional braces. That’s no problem. We have those at the clinic too!
Why we love Spark aligners
There’s nothing like a sparkling new smile to give you the confidence to tackle anything life throws at you. Here at Clear Smiles Orthodontics, we use Spark aligners to help our patients achieve that smile they’ve been dreaming of.
What are Spark aligners?
Spark aligners are an alternative to Invisalign aligners. They work in much the same way by using a series of clear, plastic aligners to move your teeth into position. Customised to your teeth and jaws for a comfortable fit, spark aligners are also removable so you can take them out for important occasions as well as for meals and when cleaning your teeth.
How effective are Spark aligners?
For orthodontic treatment to be as effective as possible there are two main criteria:
- Customised treatment
- Commitment from you, the patient.
Spark aligners tick the box of the first one. They are designed specifically for you and are custom-made using specialised methodology. Every set of Spark aligners is made in Spark’s laboratories for your teeth and your teeth only.
Why do we use Spark aligners?
We have used Invisalign aligners for many years and have Black Diamond Invisalign provider status in recognition of our team’s experience and expertise using these aligners. But our priority is our patients – we want you to be treated with the right type of appliance which is why we have a range of treatment options available.
Spark aligners provide our patients with another option, so if you don’t want to wear traditional metal braces but would like a more budget-friendly version of aligners to wear, then Spark aligners could be a good option for you. We can assess your orthodontic needs at your free consultation and let you know if Spark aligners are one of the appliances we’d recommend for you.
