The warranty only covers manufacturing defects so it is important to be careful with your device as parts and repairs can be expensive.
During Treatment:
• With your aligners in, bite gently on the device for a minimum of 5 minutes per day. If you feel uncomfortable, you may be biting too hard.
• The device helps your aligners fit better which enables you to move through your aligners faster.
• You can use your device several times each day to each with fit and comfort.
Usage Charging:
• Make sure the cable is in the right way and plug it in gently. If you push too hard, you can break the device and this is not covered under warranty.
• The plug does not go in all the way. Trying to force it in will cause breakage. The plug goes in at a slight angle from front to back.
