You can receive a No-Go for a number of different reasons. We monitor your teeth closely and have protocols in place that alert our team of any irregularities from the scans you submit. This can include for hygiene purposes, unseats/gapping between your aligners and your teeth, a missing button/attachment and so on. Each time you receive a No-Go notification there will be some accompanying explanation and what to do next with it.
