Firstly in the wider dental industry; Dr Semaan is a registered dental specialist with the Dental Board and is also a member of several associations, including: The Australian Society of Orthodontics (ASO), the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO) and the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO).

Dr Semaan's academic achievements

Further to his involvement in the dental industry comes Dr Semaan’s academic achievements; obtaining his Dental degree from Sydney University, Australia, Dr Semaan then went on to obtain his Master of Dental Science in Orthodontics degree at the University of Western Australia. To further compliment his academic achievements, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma of Business at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia during which time he started him up his own business – Clear Smiles Orthodontics.

Lastly, Dr Semaan’s dedication sees him sharing his expertise world wide (pre-covid19 at least). Dr Semaan has lectured on orthodontics throughout Asia, North America, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and across Australia, teaching other doctors how to achieve amazing results using Invisalign clear aligners. He is also a visiting lecturer to the post graduate residents at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, USA and an assistant professor at the European University College, Dubai where he is currently conducting research on the effectiveness of the Dental Monitoring app.
