As a soon to be published author featured in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, a member of the ASO, AAO and the (WFO), Dr Amesha will operate under the direction of multi-award winning and Clear Smiles Orthodontics’ principal orthodontist Dr. Steven Semaan.

What kind of training has the Doctor completed?

Dr Amesha completed her Bachelor of Dental Science degree at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2005.

She relocated to Australia in 2011, and after 13 years of general dental practice, and calling the Gold Coast home, pursued her childhood desire to study Orthodontics at the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

Following the recent completion of a 3-year residency program, Dr Amesha has been awarded the Doctor of Clinical dentistry degree in Orthodontics, achieving specialist registration.

As a mum, who spends her spare time with her 2 young boys Elijah and Zachary, Dr. Amesha is a welcomed addition to our family orientated clinic.
